Blades of Vengeance

BoV Has now come to an end due to council members deserting the guild and taking over lvl 60’s with them. Thanks for all the good times guys – I really do miss the atmosphere in BoV, and the fact we always had good raids / instances and had a good laugh….

I’m also sorry for the people who wanted more from BoV, It was going to happen but certain people wanted it NOW! and that was never going to happen, I really do feel that the people who left for better loot and chances on end game instance runs, should feel ashamed that they have thrown away a good guild and in the doing of that chucked friendship in the face.

Anyways to the rest of BoV (the good people) I wish you all the best in the future…. Those certain people who “left for better things” i’m afraid you will one day realise what you have thrown away….

Hi guys, I would like all the level 55’s to 60’s if not already done so to get onto the job of atuning yourself to Onyxia’s lair. OK the quest line is very long, and requires some successfull runs of LBRS and later 3 runs of UBRS for diffrent items, but its well worth getting your drakfire amulet as Onyxia has some of the best loot we can hope for just yet…

Anyway i’ve decided to make your job easier and post the walkthrough on the forums, so go check it out, its in generall….

In order to join the guild all members must now download the BoV guild tools selections. This set is just a collection of the tools that we use in-game and also out-game. It has:

> Ventrilo setup (windows)
> Latest  CT_RAID.
> Decursive for priests/druids or any class that can debuff
> Guide to getting ventrilo to work.
> Vent IP table.

Please use this tool, it will make your life much more easier raiding with BoV.

BoV now has its very own forums, Please go ahead and sign up for them as we will be using them to organise raids and other events for the guild.

Lots of people in the guild are unsure how to get Ventrilo to work, so i’ve sat down and put a guide together to help you. Once you are on the download site, make sure to wait 8 seconds and then enter the verification code. Dowload the guide here:

We are now pleased to anounce that the guild’s ventrillo server is live. You must go in game to find out the password and IP.

First of all you need to download the Ventrilo client from: http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php
To connect you will need the IP and Password which is posted in the message of the day in WoW.

As of last night (21st august) there was a drastic changes to the guild ranks, that you can now observe in the guild panel. One of the major changes you will now notice is the level requirement in order to get the ranks – this was introduced to try and push the guild members up in level (something else to work for).

Also as of last night the minimum level invite has been set to level 30, this might change to level 40, but we are still talking about that. Please all that can invite to guild take note of this change!!

A few night ago saw an all man blades of avengeance team assult BRD with outstanding success we completed all of the instance! except for the lyceum as we was lacking a mage… Valargo is very proud of the first raid and it shows that we can be a succesfull raiding team for all the other instances in the near future…
